PRIORITIZATION
Priority shall be given to incoming Master’s students who are faculty members with a salary grade of 18 or below, or its equivalent in the private sector, and are included in the Manpower Development Plan of their respective HEls. The order of prioritization shall be as follows:
- Faculty members from HEls without government recognition or COPC
- HEI personnel with technical functions that are crucial to obtain Government Recognition or COPC
- Faculty Members enrolled in Priority Programs;
- HEI personnel who earned micromasters or microcredits under the HUSAY program;
- All other faculty and HEI personnel who are not part of items 1 to 4
