Requirement Documents

Requirement include the following

To Qualify for the Kuya Win Scholarship Program, Scholar’s Must Submit the Following Documents

• Barangay Certificate of Indigency
• Photocopy of Certificate of Registration for AY 2025-2026
• Photocopy of Grades for AY 2024-2025 Second Semester
• For incoming / currently first-year students, submit a copy of your Grade 12 Report Card
• Photocopy of School ID
• Photocopy of Voter’s Certificate (both student and parent / guardian)
• Latest Income Tax Return
• Affidavit of Guardianship (if living with guardian)
• Latest OFW Contract (if working abroad)
• Joint Affidavit of Non-Filing (if parent or guardian is unemployed and cannot provide ITR)

List of Partner Schools (HEIs) include the following

• Bulacan State University
• Bulacan Agricultural State College
• Valenzuela City Technological College
• Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela
• Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) – NCR Campus
• Cebu Normal University
• Cagayan State University
• Mindanao State University – Naawan Campus

Qualifications Requirements

Qualifications include the following

• Must Be A Filipino Citizen.
• Enrolled In Bulsu
• Open For All Year Level And All Courses
• Must Be A Senior High School Graduate Candidate For Graduation With Earned Units In College Passer Of Als/pept
• Must Not Avail Any Other Scholarship Or Financial Assistance Program.
• No Pending Application With Other Scholarship Or Financial Assistance Program.
• Must Not Be A Graduate Of Any Degree Program
