The DCWD College Scholarship Program is offered by the Davao City Water District (DCWD) in the Philippines. Helps to provide Financial Assistance to it’s deserving Students who are Pursuing higher Education.
The Scholarship Availability of 15 DCWD College Scholarship for:
- IPS – Indigenous People for School Year 2025 to 2026 For Students who Pursuing a College Degree at University of Southeastern Philippines.

Requirements to Apply Scholarship
To Apply DCWS Scholarship Program you need to follow the requirements as Follows:
- Applicant must be 15 to 25 Years of Old.
- Must be Incoming Fresh-Men or a Continuing Student.
- Must be a Senior High School Graduate with average Grade of at-least 80%, Current enrolled in College.
- Must be a member of IP or Indigenous Cultural Communities and Muslims residing in the Watershed areas:
- Tugok
- Toril
- Baguio
- Calinan and
- Marilog Districts.
Documentary Requirements
Following are the Valid Documentary To Apply Scholarship Program:
- Certified Signed by the Tribal Cheftain.
- Certificate From:
- National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP).
- National Commission on Muslim Filipino (NCMF)
- Must have an Annual Household income of PHP120,000.
- Barangay Clearance.
- 5. Barangay Endorsement
- 6. Certificate of Confirmation (COC) from the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) or National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) certifying membership to an IP/tribal group and that the tribal chieftain is registered with NCIP/NCMF
- 7. Certified true copy of annual household Income Tax Return (ITR) (not exceeding PhP120,000.00)
- 8. Photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA Copy)
- 9. One recent 2×2 photo (preferably in IP costume)
- 10. Readiness Test for Colleges and Universities (RTCU) and with a “High” rating in the Quality Index if enrolled in the Engineering Program
