Scholarship Benefits
- 1,500 Marawi IDP students enrolled in TERTIARY LEVEL/KULLIYA MORIT
- 1,500 Marawi IDP students enrolled in SECONDARY LEVEL/THANAWI and MUTAWASSIT
- Maximum of TWO (2) scholars per household or family
Note : Application with Incomplete documents will not be entertained or processed
Qualifications of Beneficiaries
The Scholars Must :
- Be an internally displaced person from the Most Affected Area (MAA) of Marawi City;
- Be actively enrolled for AY 2024-2025 in any educational institution or madaris as
a. TERTIARY LEVEL/KULLIYA MORIT
b. SECONDARY LEVEL/THANAWI and MUTAWASSIT - Not covered or a beneficiary of any national or local scholarship grant or tuition fee subsidy program and
- Belong to a family with a total income of P 80, 000.00 and below
Documents Requirement
- As a student (Documents must be the latest issuance by the educational institutions/madaris and certified true copy from the original)
- Photocopy of school ID with three (3) specimen signatures
- Certificate of Enrollment/Registration
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- PSA issued birth certificate and
- Evaluation Sheet with CGPA
- As belonging to the vulnerable sector
- Any proof depending on the sector the applicant belongs
- With a monthly family income of P 80, 000.00
- Parents’ or guardian’s proof of income; and
- Self-certification (to be issued by BARMM-MRP)
- As an IDP MAA Household Profile of the household head;
- Barangay Profile and/or Certificate RP
- Government-issued ID of household head bearing address in MAA;
- PSA issued birth certificate
- Other proof such as, but not limited to the following
- Notarized Affidavit of Owner/sharer/renter and
- Notarized Affidavit of damage and loss (homeowner)

C. Working Student
D. Child of a Mujahideen
E. Child of a Distressed OFW within this 2024
F. Child of a Solo Parent
G. Recently affected by natural or man-made disaster (extreme flood, fire victims, etc.) within 2024
H. Graduating Student
