All the scholars must submit the complete hard copy of the required documents !
- Certified True Copy (with school seal) of SF9 in Grade 11
- (Barangay Certificate) Certified True Copy of Proof of Residency
- (whichever is applicable) Optional documents to be submitted
- Barangay-issued Certificate /Certified True Copy of Membership Certification / ID of the following if the applicant is a
- (ICC) Indigenous People Member of an Indigenous Cultural Community
- Member of Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program (4Ps)
- Applicants with Special Needs (SSN) and other types of disabilities
- (ALS) Graduate of Alternative Learning System (Accreditation & Equivalency Assessment and Certification)

What Are The Disqualification of Application.?
- misstatement of the information entered in any of the submitted forms – including but not limited to the application portal
- contravention of the application instructions
- Non-submission of documents as scheduled
Note : conveyed and Shiftees who attempt to apply through Freshmen admission will be blacklisted in all BulSU programs (applicants who already enrolled in other university)
applicants who have been admitted and enrolled in any programs will only be granted an honorable dismissal once the semester starts.
