Graduating Senior high school students/High school graduate students

  • If Graduating: Grade 11 (1st sem + 2nd sem Grades) + 1st semester of Grade 12 then grade is computed as (General Average of Grade 11 1st sem + 2nd sem) + General Average of grade 12) (divide by) ÷ 3)
  • If Graduated Grade 12, then grade is computed (1st semester + 2nd semester grades of G12 (divide by) ÷ 2) as G12 GWA

General Weighted Average (GWA)

  • For Full State Scholarship Program (FSSP) and Full Private Education Student Financial Assistance(FPESFA), General Average of grade (GWA) must be 96% or its equivalent
  • For Half-SSP/Half-PESFA, General Average of grade GWA must be atleast 93% to 95% or its equivalent.
  • Combined annual gross income of parents and guardian not to exceed Four Hundred Thousand – PhP400,000.00 or solo parent/guardian whose annual gross income does not exceed the said amount
  • In highly exceptional cases where income exceeds – PhP400,000.00, the CHEDRO StuFAPs Committee shall determine the merits of the application
  • Enroll in CHED Priority Course. (CMO No. 7, S. 2023)
  • Aside from the requirements in 1, 2, and 3, those student scholars belonging to the underprivileged, orphans, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), solo parents and senior citizens, and Indigenous Peoples (IPs) and submit certifications or (IDs) Identification Cards issued by the appropriate offices or agencies.

  • Duly certified true copy of (G12 Graduate) Senior High school report card
  • Duly certified true copy of grades for Grade 11 and 1st semester of grade 12 for (G12 Graduating)
  • graduating high school students.
  • Income Requirements of Parents/Guardian – any one of the following:
  • Latest ITR of parents or guardian if employed
  • Certificate of Tax Exemption from the BIR
  • Certificate of Indigency of Parents/Guardian from their Barangay
  • Certificate/Case Study from DSWD
  • Latest copy of contract or proof of income and children of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) and seafarers.
