QUALIFICATIONS
• have to be a resident of Muntinlupa City;
• have to be part of the TOP 50 passers of MSD Qualifying Examination for Excellence Scholarships;
• have to be of Good Moral Character;
• have to be a Muntinlupa Public Senior High School graduate or an existing MSD Senior High School (Grade 12) beneficiary;
• have to be accepted/enrolled in an academic institution withinLuzon;
• have to NOT be a recipient of any other GOVERMENT Scholarships.
REQUIREMENTS
• Registration form or Certificate of Matriculation;
• Copy of School ID;
• Copy of Form 138;
• Certificate of Good Moral Character;
• Copy of Muntinlupa Care Card of the Applicant (for 18 years old and above);
• Copy of Voter’s ID or Muntinlupa Care Card of BOTH parents or legal guardians (if minor).

BASIC SCHOLARSHIP
QUALIFICATIONS
The BASIC SCHOLARSHIP- One time educational assistance granted to Muntinlupa Public Senior High School Graduates and other existing MSD Senior High School (Grade 12) Beneficiaries (SY2022-2023) who do not fall under any of the aforementioned scholarships.

• have to be a Muntinlupa Public Senior High School graduate or an existing MSD Senior High School (Grade 12) beneficiary;
• have to be accepted/enrolled in an academic institution within Luzon;
REQUIREMENTS
• Muntinlupa Care Card;
• Registration Form/Certificate of Matriculatiion.

further validation, if deemed necessary. falsification of documents shall be dealt accordingly under the Revised Penal Code.
