DOST-SEI Scholarship Benefits

For Regular Academic Year !

  • Tuition and Other School Fees – Php 40,000.00 / year
  • Learning Materials and/or Connectivity Allowance – Php 10,000.00 / year
  • Transportation Allowance – Actual
  • Clothing Allowance – Php 1,000.00 (1st sem of Ist year only)
  • Monthly Living Allowance – Php 8,000.00/month
  • Group Health and Accident Insurance – Premium
  • Graduation Allowance – Php 1,000.00
  • Thesis Allowance – Php 10,000.00

For Summer/Mid Year

  • Tuition and Other School Fees – Php 10,000.00 / year
  • Learning Materials and/or Connectivity Allowance – Php 20,000.00 / year
  • Monthly Living Allowance – Php 8,000.00/month
  • Group Health and Accident Insurance – Premium

DOST-SEI Eligibility

  • Graduating Grade 12 male and female students in A.Y. 2024-2025
  • STEM STRAND: All students belonging to the STEM Class
  • NON-STEM STRAND: Must be in the Top 5% of the graduating class

  • Graduate of Grade 12 before A.Y. 2024-2025 and did not enroll in college yet.
  • STEM STRAND: All students belonging to the STEM Class
  • NON-STEM STRAND: Must be in the Top 5% of the graduating class
  • Graduate of high school before the K-12 Program: Must belong to the Top 5% of the graduating class

  • Must be of good moral character and in good health.
  • Must be natural-born Filipino citizen.
  • May have applied to the DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarship but did not qualify OR May have qualified but did not avail of the award OR Have not applied to any DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarship Program.
  • Must NOT have earned any post-secondary (college or vocational) units

  • Form C- Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Form D- Certification of Good Health
  • Form E – Principal’s Certification
  • Form El – Graduating / Graduated STEM Student
  • Form E2 – Graduating / Graduated Non-STEM Student; belongs to the upper 5% of the class (Grade 11 basis)
  • Form E3 – Applicant who is attending Homeschool
  • Form E4 – Applicant under Alternative Learning System
  • Form E5 – Applicant who gradated from High School before the K-12 Program; belongs to the upper 5% of the class
  • Form F – Certificate of Residency
  • Form G – Parent’s Certification – Applicant has no pending immigration application to another country
  • Form H-DOST-SEI Scholarship Examination Award
  • Form I-Applicant’s Certification of No Post-Secondary Units Earned
  • Form J – Signed Declaration of Applicant and the Parent / Legal Guardian
  • Recent Picture, Passport size ID Picture (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm OR 1.8 in x 1.4 in)
  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • Parent/s or Legal Guardian’s Proof of Income (whichever is applicable)
  • 2023 Income Tax Return

  • Employment Contract for OFW
