Iskolar ng Bayan Scholarship Application A.Y 2025-2026 -

The Iskolar ng Nayan Scholarship 2025-2026 is now open to apply for all the eligible and interesting Filipino College Students. for academic year 2025 to 2026.

This Scholarship Program is initiated by Mayor Cipriano D. Violago jr. in the Philippines, Scholarship is ongoing and open to apply.

Requirements to apply

Here are the list of General requirements to apply:

Applicants should be bona Fide resident of San Rafael, Bulacan
Must Enrolled at any College/University
Must not have any failing grades or dropped subjects
Must not have any other active Scholarship Program
Only one member in each family can avail in this scholarship program.

Note: If Son/Daughter of a SOLO PARENT, Must submit Photocopy of SOLO PARENT ID.

Documentary Requirements

Following are the Documentary Requirements to apply

Original Copy of Barangay Certificate of Indigency
Request letter address to Mayor Cipriano D. Violago, Jr.
For Incoming Freshmen:
- Certified Photocopy of Report Card (With Dry seal) – Gen. Ave. 85%
- Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (COR) – 1st Sem. S.Y. 2025-2026
For Applicant with Earned unites in College
- Certified Photocopy of Certificate of Grades (COG) with dry seal Gen.Ave. 2.25-2nd Sem. S.Y. 2024-2025.
- Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (COR) – 2nd Sem. S.Y. 2024-2025
- Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (COR) – 1st Sem. S.Y. 2025-2026

Note: Report Card or Certificates of Grades will not be accepted if not Certified

Scholarship Benefits

Each Scholar will receive a grant of PHP4,000 as a Scholarship benefits

All the eligible and interesting college students may apply for the Iskolar Ng Bayan Scholarship program by the Steps given Below:

Fill the Application form Accurately
Submit all the required documents and application form to the General Service Office (GSO). Ground Floor, Municipal Hall, San Rafael Government Center, Brgy. Sampaloc.
