OFW Schoalrship Program offers a Financial assistance amounting to PHP 20,000 per year, to qualified Dependents of OFWs one must not have more then US$600 monthly salary.
Requirements to apply OFW Dependent Scholarship program
Following are the requirements to apply OFW Dependent scholarship Program:
- A Child of an active OWWA memer or a sibling of a single active OWWA member who:
- 1st year College Incoming Freshmen
- He or She must be Single,
- They should be Grade 11 Graduate – Incoming Grade 12 or Currently enrolled as Grade 12,
- He or She must not be more than 21 year os old,
- With a Passing Grade,
- For Those who are already Enrolled in 2nd to 5th year College
- They should be Single,
- Not more than 30year of Old and
- They must be with a Passing Grade,
Documentary Requirements to apply OFW Dependent Scholarship Program
To Apply you should have the Following Documents:
- Should have a Scholarship Application Form – OWWA RWO
- OFW Membership Record – OWWA RWO
- 2 copy, ID Picture with Name tag (Government Issued or Company Issued ID Applicant)
- Should have atleast 1 Valid ID of OFW member
- Authorized Representative Government issued or a Company ID
- Should have Proof of Relationship of OFW Member which will be
- Birth Certificate from (PSA) – Philippine Statistics Authority or (LCR) – Local Civil Register
- If the Dependent is Sibling – OFW Birth Certificate,
- OFW Cenomar if single – Dependent’s Birth Certificate,
- Form 137 Certified true copy of Form 138
- TOR – Transcript of Records indicating 80% GWA Without any falling Grades
- Certificate of Good Moral
- Should have Medical Certificate:
- Physically fit to attend School if the Student has a Medical Pre Condition’s,
