Qualification
- Must be a resident of Concepcion, Iloilo
- Belong to a low -income family (combined annual gross income of Php200.000 or less)
- An incoming or current college students with a general average of at least 85% or equicalent (2.0-2.25)
- With no other scholarship grants
- Preferabley enrolled or will be takinkg any course related to the ff.specializations:
1. Engineering
2. information Technology
3. Accounting
4. Social Sciences

Requirements
- ID photo
- Brangay Certificate or any proof of residency
- Copy of report card or recent grades
- Copy of parent’s proof of income – ITR – Certificate of indigency
- Accomplished application form
