PNPA Requirements

Make Sure All Documents are Clear and Legible When Uploaded

PSA Birth Certificate
Filled out copy of the PNPA BMI Form
Passport-sized or 2×2 picture with name tag

(Your Body Mass Index (BMI) must be less than or equal to 28.0 kg/m² to qualify)
PNPA Cadet Admission Test applications open on June 1, 2025!
Once the online portal goes live
Make sure to complete your application and upload all required documents without delay

Qulifications

Scholars must be natural-born Filipino citizens
Scholars must be between 18 to 22 years old at the time of admission which is May 1, 2026
At least Senior High School graduate upon admission
At least 5 ft and 2 inches (157.48cm) for males and 5 ft (152.40cm) for females in height
Scholars’ weight must correspond to their height, gender, & age, as per Body Mass Index (BMI) standards
Female or Male, must be single with no parental obligation
Physically and mentally fit to undergo the Cadetship Program
With good moral character (no criminal, administrative, or civil derogatory record)
Not a former cadet of PNPA, or other similar institutions; and
Never been dismissed from any private employment or government position for cause
