Eligible criteria to apply for PSHS National Competitive Examination
A current Grade 6 for SY 2023 – 2024 elementary pupil from a duly recognized school by the Department of Education who meets the following Criteria :
- HE or She who has a final grade of 85% in Science and Mathematics students report card,
- The Students who are below 85% then He or She must provide evidence that they belongs to the upper 10% of the batch.
- He or She must be Filipino Citizen
- He or She must be Good health and fit to undergo a rigorous academic program.
- He or she not more than 15years old by june 30, 2024.

- Fully accomplished Application Form,
- Recent 1×1 ID Pictures.
- A Non – refundable PHP 300 processing fee for Private schools students based on the Applicationts Grade 5 school
- Free No Processing fee fot public school students and students with full scholarship from private schools
- True copy of report card SY 2022 – 2023 by the class Principal.
- if the final Grades in science or math are below 85% Certification or proof that the child belongs to the upper 10% of the batch
