Requirements – Apply for PLM Scholarship
The eligible for the PLM Scholarship program, Applicatns must meet the following criteria’s
Should be a current PLM student, at least in their sophomore year.
Must have a minimum General Weighted Average (GWA) of 2.5 in the previous academic year.

Required Documnets for Application
Applicants have to submit the following documents to apply – PLM Scholars Foundation Inc. Scholarship
- A completed and signed Application Form.
- A letter addressed to PLMSFI stating why they are is qualified for a scholar under the PLM Scholarship.
- ies of grades from the 1st and 2nd semesters of the last academic year.
- Proof of enrollment for the current school year.
- For new applicants, submission of Income Tax Returns of Guardians/Parents (if available).
- (passport size) and Two copies of the latest ID photo
- including Address of residence, and a sketch and photo of the house showing the address
