The ebuana Lhuillier Foundation (CLFI) Scholarship 2023-2024 is open to apply for all eligible Filipinos.

The Filipinos uplift their lives through education, Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation (CLFI)
offers an Undergraduate Scholarship Program for Filipino students. 2023 – 2024

Requirements and Benefits:

• Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation (CLFI) gives financial assistance amounting to Php 16,000 per semester or Php 50,000 per year.

• Should be a Filipino citizen.
• Should be a Cebuana Lhuillier client or hershe children, siblings or spouse with proof of pawning,
• Pera Padala and/or CL Microsavings transaction.
• Should have a Cebuana Lhuillier Microsavings account and Cebuana Lhuillier 24K Loyalty card.
• Should be enrolled in a State University or College under an undergraduate program in the following courses only:
• Accountancy or Finance Management courses;
• Business courses;
• Computer Science courses /Information Technology
• Hotel & Restaurant Management/ Hospitality Management courses;
• Engineering courses (Civil,Electrical, Mechanical and Industrial) and
• Architecture
• must have a total annual family income not exceeding Php 500,000.

Q1. Do you sponsor elementary and high school and college education?

Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation (CLFI ) Nationwide Scholarship Program provides grants for economically challenged students nationwide to support college education from 1st to 4th year.
Now open to all clients of Cebuana Lhuillier with the 24K Loyalty Card.

Q2. What are the qualifications for admission for the Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation (CLFI)

• Cebuana Lhuillier client with 24K Loyalty Card
• Proof/s of total family income
• General Weighted Average (GWA) of 85% or its equivalent from the last semester/school attended, without a failing mark in any subject
• Good Moral Character duly signed by an official in the last school attended of Certificate
• (First Semester SY 2023-2024) Current enrollment or registration form
• University/college’s grading system in percentage

Q3. In which schools can the scholars enroll?

• Qualified CL scholars may apply in any State university or College offering our above-mentioned courses

Q4. How is the screening process done?

• Interested scholars may send their application and all supporting documents through the new online application form which they can access here — https://cebuanafoundation.org/apply-for-scholarship/
• Once received, Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation ( CLFI ) will review and notify the applicants directly on the results and next steps for assessment.

Q5. How many do you sponsor per year?

• The number of slots available every year may vary and will be part of the announcement in Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation (CLFI)website.

Q6. Do the scholars have to maintain a certain grade to continuously be part of the scholarship program?

• All applicatns must maintain a general weighted average of at least 85% every semester without any failing grade in any subject or an incomplete subject.

Q7. How much of the tuition fee is shouldered by CLFI?

• Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation (CLFI) offers a fixed amount of stipend to cover tuition fees and other school-related and living expenses.

Q8. Do you provide for any supplemental training for the Applicatn’s?

• Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation (CLFI )organizes annual scholar assemblies and learning sessions facilitated by highly qualified resource persons or subject matter experts. and We also conduct outreach programs with the applicatn’s to strengthen their spirit of volunteerism.

Q9. Are all Applicant’s assured of employment in the PJL Group of Companies after graduation?

• Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation (CLFI) is enforcing an Education to Employment (E2E) provision on its Scholarship Agreement,
• which will no longer requires PJLI pre-employment test for Applicant’s who will be graduating with Latin honors or with a general weighted average of 90% or equivalent. Otherwise, they will have to undergo the standard employment process.
