DepED SHS Voucher Program
Senior High School Voucher, and also known as DepEd SHS Voucher program is an initiative by DepEd to provide subsidy vouchers to deserving student’s for Incoming Grade 11 students can apply for SHS Voucher program for the S.Y. 2024-2025
The Online application for SHS Voucher and Senior High School Voucher are solely processed through online coursed the Private Education Assistance Committee National Secretariat (PEAC NS) The Online Voucher Application Portal (OVAP). Applications submitted manually will not be accommodated. The (DepEd) Department of Education shall not accept submission of applications
Benefits of DepED SHS Voucher
- The Selected student’s will receive voucher’s amounting from – ₱14,000 to ₱22,500.
- The value of the voucher’s and the depends on student’s location.
Who Can Apply for SHS Voucher
The Following are the qualification’s one must need to apply for the SHS Voucher
- Every Grade 10 completers in S.Y. 2023 – 2024 from Private schools who are not ESC grantees and
- The All Grade 10 completers prior to S.Y. 2023 – 2024 but not earlier than 2016 and had not previously enrolled for Grade 11
- Learners who had passed the ALS A & E Test for Grade 10 not earlier than 2018 and had not previously enrolled for Grade 11, or ALS learners who passed the Portfolio for Grade 10
- Learners who passed the PEPT for Grade 10 not earlier than 2016 and had not previously enrolled for Grade 11, or learners who will take the PEPT for Grade 10 in the upcoming SY.
Required Documents
Check the Following list of documents required to apply for DepEd SHS Voucher Program 2024
- A Recent 2×2 colored ID photo
- Notarized Affidavit of occupation and income for ALL that to apply: both parents, guardian’s, and other person’s/helping send the VA to school, if any
- Signed Parent Consent Form*** for VAs under 18 years old at the time of the submission of the application
- Certificate of Financial Assistance* received from the JHS, if applicable
- Certificate of Rating or Certificate of Completion for Category E Scholars; and Certificate of Rating for Category F applicants
Application Timeline
- The Opening date for Online application of DepEd SHS Voucher is May 16, 2024
- The deadline date of creation for accounts on Online Voucher Application Portal is June 2, 2024
- Deadline date of submission for applications on OVAP is June 4, 2024
- Results of Online application and start of voucher redemption will take place on July 12, 2024
