Who Can Apply This Scholarship ?
This scholarship is for 1st year to 5th year student’s enrolled in bulacan state university.
Interested applicants must prepare the Bellow documents:
FOR THE COPY OF GRADES:
you may submit your SHS Report Card.The incoming freshmen,
You can provide the certified true copy of your grades on the submission of the hard copy and your requirements. Please do note that for online submissions, you may submit the not yet certified copy
OLD APPLICANTS/FOR RENEWAL
Please do prepare the scanned copy of your Notice of Award and (NOA) last academic year 2022 to 2023, as it will be a requirement for verification if you are old applicant/for renewal
